End-user license agreement
This agreement describes use of EvalOne Payment Reconciliation provided by Pathwork Solutions. Use is limited to people authorized by Pathwork Solutions for its internal business operations. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
Permission to use
Pathwork Solutions grants authorized users a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to use the application for authorized payment reconciliation. This permission does not authorize resale, public distribution or access to another organization's data without its consent. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.
Your responsibilities
Use only records you are authorized to process. Protect the computer and its credentials, maintain appropriate backups, and review extracted information and proposed invoice matches. Document reading and automatic matching can contain errors. Confirm the company, check amounts, contract identifiers, service dates and deposit before approving any posting.
QuickBooks connection and posting
A separate QuickBooks account and authorization are required. Intuit's services are governed by Intuit's own terms. The application is not provided or endorsed by Intuit. Available features depend on the installed version and connection environment. Sandbox records are test records. Live posting remains disabled in the current release until production connection and validation are complete.
Where enabled, posting records received customer payments and updates deposit associations; it does not collect money from customers. Interrupted operations may require review. Follow saved recovery instructions rather than creating replacement payments manually.
Data and privacy
You retain your rights in the records you provide. The application processes those records to perform the requested reconciliation and keep its audit history. Read the privacy policy for storage, use and retention details. Pathwork Solutions does not acquire ownership of your accounting records through this license.
Availability and limitations
The application is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or error-free extraction. It does not replace professional accounting, tax or legal judgment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no additional warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is provided. Nothing in this agreement excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using the application and revoke its QuickBooks access. Pathwork Solutions may withdraw authorization to use the application. Ending use does not automatically erase saved records or QuickBooks transactions. Material changes to these terms will be reflected in the updated agreement and its date.
