EvalOne Payment Reconciliation · Updated October 1, 2026

Pathwork Solutions operates EvalOne Payment Reconciliation, a private application for authorized business users to review payment breakdowns and reconcile them with QuickBooks Online records.

Information used

The application processes uploaded payment breakdowns, payer and customer information, provider information when present, contract or case identifiers, service dates, check references, payment amounts, invoices and bank deposit records. Uploaded documents may contain personal information. The application also stores connection credentials, QuickBooks record identifiers, user corrections and reconciliation history.

Purpose and QuickBooks access

Information is used to extract payment lines, identify invoice matches, resolve exceptions and preserve an audit trail. Where posting is enabled, an authorized user's approval permits the application to record customer payments and associate them with a deposit. It does not charge cards or initiate bank transfers. Intuit handles QuickBooks sign-in; the application does not request your QuickBooks password.

Storage and security

The current application stores source documents, reconciliation records and audit history on the computer running it. Document reading is performed locally, including through Ubuntu on Windows. QuickBooks credentials are encrypted using Windows user-account protection. Source documents and the local reconciliation database are not separately encrypted by the application; computer access controls, disk encryption and backups are the operator's responsibility. Browser storage retains a local session token and display preferences.

Sharing and service providers

The application exchanges necessary accounting information with Intuit through its API. It has no advertising, sale-of-data or generative-AI document-processing feature. Local folders may be copied by backup or synchronization services configured by the operator. Support emails are handled through Gmail; do not email passwords, secret keys or unredacted payment documents.

This support website does not accept document uploads or connect to your accounting records. Its hosting provider may process standard connection and operational information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the site. No advertising analytics are added to these pages.

Connection website

After Intuit sign-in, the HTTPS callback page receives a temporary authorization code, company identifier and sign-in state. You copy this response into your local app, which validates the state and exchanges the code directly with Intuit. The page clears these values from the address bar and does not store them in browser storage or send them through analytics. The hosting provider receives the initial callback request and may process its URL in operational logs. Client secrets and access or refresh tokens are not sent to this website.

Retention, disconnection and deletion

Saved sessions and original documents remain locally available until removed by the operator; completing a deposit does not erase them. Disconnecting access in QuickBooks prevents further authorized access but does not delete existing local records. Contact us for assistance with access, correction or deletion requests. Records in QuickBooks and independently maintained backups must be managed separately, subject to applicable business and legal retention needs.
